"Drink Like a Local"

With summer here, we’re bringing back one of my favourite themes: drink like a local! 

After years spent exploring wine regions around the world, one lesson keeps proving true: the real gem is what’s in local glasses. Because who knows their wines better than the people who grow them and drink them again and again?

I must shine a light on a personal favourite – Austria’s Blauer Zweigelt from the prized Wachau Valley. Silky, seductive and produced in tiny volumes. No wonder the locals have kept it to themselves.

And I’m delighted to see the return of Everlight Chenin Blanc. A real wow moment to have something so light on its feet deliver such flavour.
