The price of your next case will depend on which introductory offer case you choose. We’ll let you know by email one week before we deliver it. You can also see the price of your next subscription case and the wines included, online at any time up to 8 weeks ahead of delivery. The price will always include a minimum 20% discount on the normal selling price of the individual wines.  We’ll take payment from the same card you used to purchased your first case. This will be charged shortly before despatch.

Your second case will arrive 8 weeks after your introductory case. After that you can change the frequency to suit your needs. We can deliver every 4, 8 or 12 weeks. Make the change online if you decide you want a more, or less frequent delivery.

Yes, we will send you an email telling you about the new wines one week before delivery. You can make any changes then.

You can push your next delivery date back as often as necessary. It’s quick and simple to do online.

You can end your subscription at any time online. You are in total control. There is no tie in whatsoever.

Changing your case is simple. Just visit the Subscriptions section of My Account, online. You can change individual wines, add more, take some out (there is a minimum of 6 bottles though) or even change the whole subscription to a different one if you like.

Call us, and we will collect remaining bottles and issue a full refund. No quibbles. With any Laithwaites wine, you only pay for what you like.
