How can I track my order?
We will send you an e-mail once your order has been despatched, you can track it by following the link supplied in the email or you can check your order online, by logging in to your account and clicking on order history.
How can I amend the details of my subscription?
You can make changes yourself by going to 'Subscriptions' in Your Account. Alternatively, call us on 03330 148 168 and we'll happily make any changes for you.

What is your guarantee?
We confidently guarantee every bottle we sell: if a wine fails to satisfy, for whatever reason, we'll arrange to collect it and refund you or replace the wine. We understand it can be tricky to order wine just by a description; which is why we have our 100% guarantee. If you aren't happy with a bottle don't pay for it, just contact us to let us know.
How do I sign up for Unlimited membership?
Unlimited is a membership programme that gives you unlimited delivery on any volume of bottles in the UK (excluding Channel Islands and BFPO addresses) for an annual membership fee. Visit the Unlimited page for more information.
What are subscriptions?
If you love our wines and would like a regular case conveniently delivered every 8 weeks (or more, or less as you prefer), subscriptions are a great way to discover new wines and enjoy your favourites.
These are some great cases to choose from, starting from £89.99 for 12 bottles plus delivery – and each case will come with a miminum 20% discount on the bottle prices that make up your case. Every wine will come with digital tasting notes so you can keep a record of the wines you particularly enjoy and learn a bit about them.
We'll show you the wines in advance and if you like the look of the wines, do nothing and the case will be delivered.
If you want to make any changes to your subscription you can:
- Change the whole case to something different.
- Swap individual wines for your favourites or a wine you’d particularly like to try – and still receive the same discount on those too!
- Change the delivery date.
We have a wide variety of subscriptions. Currently 'The Seasons' is our most popular, a mixed case (or all reds or whites) of wines from around the world. But there are more ... Heroes, Big Reds, Spain, Australia, Italy, Bordeaux, Rioja ...
Where do you deliver?
You can arrange to have your wine delivered to any UK address (excluding the Channel Islands). Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Hospitals, PO Boxes or to BFPO addresses.
How do I redeem my vouchers?
Occasionally we may send you a promotional voucher code. These can be redeemed the same as gift vouchers, by entering the voucher code into the box at the payment screen and then clicking on 'redeem'.
Concessions
We work with a number of business partners to provide concessions within retail outlets, unfortunately gift vouchers and promotional vouchers cannot be redeemed at these concessions.
Can I pay with PayPal?

Is there a click and collect service?
Click & Collect via our stores: When you place an order on the website, if your delivery address is within 30 minutes travelling time of one of our stores or concession stands, you will have the option to request that we deliver your wine to that store for you to collect. The store will contact you when your order is ready to pick up. Your order will be kept for upto a month, if your order is not collected it will be refunded. There is no delivery charge for Click and Collect orders to our stores. Please allow up to 6 working days for collection. If you would like a more accurate delivery date please contact your local store directly. We also provide a Call and Collect service, please contact your local Laithwaites store by phone or email to arrange an order for collection at your convenience.
Please note: Click and Collect service via our stores is subject to availability. While we always aim to provide you with the best possible service, we may need to disable these services at times when capacity is not available.
What is En Primeur and Pre-Sell?
En Primeur and Pre-Sell are all a pre-order service. You are able to reserve a number of bottles of wine either while it is still in the barrel (En Primeur) or in the bottles but not yet available to be sold (Pre-Sell).
You pay a deposit for a number of bottles and the second payment is due to be paid at or around the time of the wine being dispatched. All of these cases are offered as multiples of 12, unless otherwise stated on the website.
You can reserve wine online or over the phone, please contact us for further assistance.
Once we receive your order we will send you a Reservation Certificate to your billing address. If the wines you have chosen are sold out we'll contact you to advise which are still available.
