How long do I have to return a bottle?
Ideally, we ask
that returns are made within 30 days – but, we understand that sometimes it
takes a little longer to discover if something’s not quite right, especially
with taste or quality. So, if it’s been a little bit longer, get in touch with
us and we’ll do our best to help.
Is there a maximum value I can return?
Unlike
other retailers, we don’t put a price on your peace of mind. If you’re not
happy with the quality of a Laithwaites wine, give us a call and we’ll sort it.
That’s our no-quibble guarantee.
Will I be charged for returning something?
Nope! No
returns cost here. Just call us with the collection address and we’ll arrange a
courier to pick it up, free of charge.
How do I return a bottle?
If you ordered
online or by phone, we’ll send a courier to collect it. If you bought it in
store, simply pop back to the shop with your bottle.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your case is scanned and collected, we’ll
process your refund within 3-5 working days.
Do I need a returns label?
We’re all about
keeping things simple – which means you don’t need a returns label. Just
write “For Collection” on the case.
Or, if the weather is bad, pop the case in a bin bag with and make sure “For Collection” is visible.
