New Zealand tours introduced me to great Sauvignon and this one’s a belter. Beautifully ripe and aromatic with tropical guava, gooseberry and lime flavours. A Kiwi classic.

Touring Australia, I fell in love with their big, bold reds. This barrel-aged Shiraz Cabernet, brimming with bramble fruit and spicy oak flavours, is a real winner.
