What are subscriptions?


If you love our wines and would like a regular case conveniently delivered every 8 weeks (or more, or less as you prefer), subscriptions are a great way to discover new wines and enjoy your favourites.

There are some great cases to choose from, starting from £99.99 for 12 bottles plus delivery – and each case will come with a minimum 10% discount off the regular bottle price. Every wine will come with digital tasting notes so you can keep a record of the wines you particularly enjoy and learn a bit about them.

We'll show you the wines in advance and if you like the look of the wines, do nothing and the case will be delivered.

If you want to make any changes to your subscription you can:

  • Change the whole case to something different.
  • Swap individual wines for your favourites or a wine you’d particularly like to try – and still receive the same discount on those too!
  • Change the delivery date.

We have a wide variety of subscriptions. Currently 'The Seasons' is our most popular, a mixed (or all reds/whites) case of new finds and old favourites from around the world. But there are more ... Bestsellers, Big Reds, Regional cases from Spain, Australia, Italy, Bordeaux, Rioja ...and varietal cases for fans of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Merlot. Plus regular deliveries of favourite single wines.

You can view your subscription online by logging in to your account and clicking on subscriptions.

Changing your wine subscription


How do I make changes to my subscription?

You can make changes yourself by going to 'Subscriptions' in Your Account. Alternatively, call us on 03330 148 168 and we'll happily make any changes for you.

Can I change the bottles that are due in my subscription case? / Do I still get the saving on any wines I change in my case?

You can swap from a wide range of our wines - drop in a couple of bottles you've enjoyed in the past or those you like the look of from our catalogue. You can swap 1 bottle, 2 or all 12; it's completely up to you. For example, if we've included a couple of bottles of Australian Chardonnay but you prefer Sauvignon Blanc you can easily make the change in the ‘Swap wine’ option online or give us a call and we’ll happily make the changes for you.

Whatever wines you choose, each wine will be accompanied by online tasting notes so you learn a little about the wine and you will receive a discount of at least 10% on your swapped wines too.

Can I change the number of bottles in my subscription case?

Yes you can. If you are on a 12- bottle subscription then you can use the 'Swap wines' button to add more bottles into your case or you can reduce your case down to 6 bottles. There are also a number of 6-bottle subscription available for you to choose which you'll find in the 'Change case' option. You can make changes yourself by going to subscriptions in Your Account, alternatively call us on 03330 148 168 and we’ll happily make any changes for you.

Can I change to a different subscription?

Yes, for sure. Most of our 12 and 6 bottle subscriptions are available to you to change to. You can change subscription every time if you like. You can make changes yourself by going to subscriptions in Your Account and clicking on 'Change case' to see our full subscription range, alternatively call us on 03330 148 168 and we’ll happily make the change for you.

Can I change my subscription delivery date/choose a specific day for my next case?

Yes, you have a few options available so you get your subscription case when you would like it. You can bring the case forwards or push it back and you can also choose a specific delivery day (Monday – Saturday) at a small extra charge. (Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service for delivery to the Highlands, some other areas of Scotland, islands and Northern Ireland.)

How often can I get my subscription cases?

We'll send you a reserved case of wine every 12 weeks, unless you have already chosen a different frequency. Plus, there's an extra case at Christmas if you need a top up. You can change your frequency yourself online to find what works best for you or call us on 03330 148 168 and we'll happily make the change for you.

How can I change my payment details/card for my subscription cases?

You just need to go to Billing & Delivery in the subscription section of Your account and add a new card. You can apply this card to all your subscriptions.

Can I change the delivery address for my subscription cases?

Yes you can, you just need to go to Billing & Delivery in the subscription section of Your account and add a new address. You'll see the new address in your Address book so you can now click on the 'Delivery to this address' button. (This will now be the address we deliver your future cases to until you tell us to change it.)

Do you live close to one of our stores? If you would like to have your subscription cases delivered to one of our stores then just enter your postcode if the 'Collect from store' box towards the bottom of the page and it will show you the nearest stores available for delivery.

Subscription Previews and Tasting Notes


Will you let me know beforehand what's in my subscription case?

Yes, we'll send you an email preview of the next case before it arrives. Or you can look online at any time. Please just make sure we have your email address.

Will I get tasting notes with every wine?

Yes you will. All our wines will have a digital tasting card that we’ll make available to you, so you can learn a little more about the wine.

Can I see tasting notes for other wines I have ordered from you?

Yes you can – you can see tasting notes for every wine you have ordered by going to Your Account. Just go into your Order History, select the Order Details and click through to each wine's digital tasting note called 'Beyond the Label'.

What if I don't want a case?


How do I stop my next subscription case?

You can postpone the delivery of your subscription case. Make the change by managing it online, calling our team on 03330 148 168 or contacting us via email.

Can I get my subscription case sooner/later?

Yes of course you can, all you need to do is go to the Subscription section. In the Change date section you will have a variety of dates you can select to either Bring your case forward or Push it back. Alternatively you can call our team on 03330 148 168 or contact us via email.

How do I cancel my subscription online?

There is no obligation to take further cases - you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you would like to stop receiving your subscription case, then you can do so online, or by telephoning us on 03330 148 168 or by contacting us through Live Chat.

What if you deliver the subscription case and I don't want it?

You need only give us a call on 03330 148 168 and we'll arrange for it to be picked up at your convenience.
