Awarded Trophy for ‘Best South African White’ at the prestigious IWC 2017, plus 95 points from Master of Wine Tim Atkin, this is a stunning white. Ripe, yet fresh thanks to Elgin’s cooler climate and with gently creamy spice from French oak barrels.

Careful restoration over the last decade has made it a wonderful tourist destination, as well as a terrific place to search out great wine, with substantial plantings of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and other varieties. They have recently added 450,000 new fruit trees and invested in Black Angus cattle, and also chickens, pigs, sheep, goats and fish! Flora and fauna conservation is a priority alongside making brilliant wines. This luscious, lemon spiked white is all ocean cooled Elgin fruit, cool fermented and aged in French oak.
