What is a wine subscription
A wine subscription is a super convenient way of buying wine. (Some call them wine clubs – but we prefer to say subscription, so you know exactly what you’re getting).
With a Laithwaites wine subscription, you’ll receive a set number of bottles on a regular basis. You can choose how many bottles, and how often you receive them. And you can set your preferences – what style of wine you prefer – as well.
Then we do the rest. Our expert buyers choose a different selection for you each time, to ensure you get a good variety. And you’ll save up to 20% on the regular price, too.

How does a wine subscription work?
The beauty of Wine Subscriptions is their simplicity. You sign up for your chosen Wine Subscription, set your preferences, and we do the rest. You can choose what type of wine you’d like to receive, how many bottles, and how often.
Once you’ve signed up, you can change any of these preferences or even switch to a different Wine Subscription altogether, from your My account page.

How do I manage my Wine Subscription?
We’ve made our Wine Subscriptions super-easy to manage.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll have access to a ‘My account’ page. Here you’ll be able to:
Change your wine subscription details (including frequency and number of bottles)
Skip a wine subscription case or change the delivery date of your next case.
Update your payment or delivery details.
Switch plans or sign up for a new subscription. You’ll see a wide range available.
Cancel your plan, should you wish to.

How are my wine subscription wines chosen?
Laithwaites Wine Subscription wines are chosen by our panel of experts. They will look at what you’ve received previously to make sure that you get a good variety that is tailored to your tastes.

Can I choose my own wines?
Most customers are happy to let us select the wines for them. But you check what’s coming on your My Account page can swap out any bottles you like. Plus, you can switch from your current mix to All Reds, all Whites or a Mixed case whenever you like.
