We are delighted to welcome Henry Laithwaite for our third Behind the Bottle experience, where we'll be exploring the world of organic winemaking. Henry crafts award-winning English sparkling wines at his Harrow & Hope vineyard in Marlow, as well as for Wyfold Vineyard and Windsor Great Park, with a philosophy centred on working organically and in harmony with nature. Henry demonstrates that producing exceptional organic wines in England's challenging climate requires dedication, precision, and attention to every detail.
