Strawberry & Balsamico Gin is crafted with a classic gin base that acts as a canvas for the addition of fresh strawberries, strawberry and black pepper distillates and the very finest balsamic vinegar. Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP is aged between 12 and 25 years in casks made from chestnut, cherry, oak, mulberry, ash and juniper. With this influence of juniper as part of its flavour profile, it’s fitting that this superb balsamic vinegar has made its way into this spectacular fruit gin. TBGC say their Strawberry & Balsamico Gin is ideal for mixing, and great with a splash of American cream soda and lots of ice.
