The Beer
Siren Craft is a small outfit in West Berkshire with a clear, stated aim: to arouse people’s curiosity in the endless flavour possibilities of beer. They believe it can be enjoyed in the same way as fine wine. The guys use up to eight times as many ingredients as you find in standard, large-production beer and make their brews in small batches to keep everything fresh. They take a slow, artisanal approach to crafting it, saying it'll be ready when it’s time. Origin Story is an Imperial stout, meaning it's bigger, richer and heftier than a standard version. That's certainly true of Origin Story, with its 20 speciality malts, two separate mashes, plus Apollo, Sabro and Challenger hops. A real labour of love. You can taste it in every drop.
