Primátor IPA (33cl bottle) NV

Highly regarded by connoisseurs in its Czech homeland, Primátor beer comes in an array of fine styles including this classic IPA. It comes from the medieval town of Náchod, where they’ve been perfecting their brewing techniques for centuries. A recent brewery makeover has resulted in a brand new brewhouse and a roomy cellar, perfect for maturing their fine ales. Made from the purest spring water, this top-fermented IPA uses four types of malt and six different hops, namely Summit, Chinook, Cascade, Triskel, Citra and Galaxy. It has pleasing scents of fruit, flowers and wildwood resin. Best served in a tall slender glass to ensure an attractive head, its natural bitterness makes it truly refreshing but also great with spicy lamb or pork.
