The Spirit
The Frapin family have been established in Segonzac, South West France, since 1270. Initially wine growers, for the last 20 generations they’ve been distillers, too, and renowned for their prize winning Cognacs. Their VSOP has been named the 'World's Best VSOP', gained two Golds and 97 points. The family’s 240 hectares of vines are in Grande Champagne, the official Premier Cru de Cognac. Cognac gains its signature warm colour and aromas through ageing in new and old Limousin oak casks. Each cask gains a different profile according to where it's placed in the cellar, which affords cellar master Patrice Piveteau a range of flavours to blend from. Presented in an elegant carafe, with two glasses, this is a superb Cognac for any brandy lover.
