So when they told our buyer, Sarah, of their vineyard find, Les Vignes – an abandoned site they have brought back to life – and the wine they'd made from it, she couldn't wait to try it. Now you can too. Lovely freshness and bright red fruit, with minerality. Ideal with cold meats or omelette.
