Domaine Dampt is a star among the great names of Chablis. We love the wines because they offer all the finesse and pristine fruit character you expect, as well as exceptional value. Presented in a lunch friendly half bottle, this is minerally fresh.
We're sorry, this wine is sold out.

The Wine
The Dampt brothers, Eric, Emmanuel and Hervé, are second generation winemakers with a mission to produce the finest Chablis of the appellation. The modern twist they lend to the classic style is deliciously appealing and their wines offer surprising value from this much sought after region. They can boast vineyards from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru and wines that are beautifully crafted. That’s why, every year, we’re hot foot to their cellar door, eager to try out the new vintage. Although a few areas to the north were hit by 15 nights of frost in 2017, most of Chablis escaped it and quality is exceptional. This superb Vieilles Vignes has bright fruit character that’ll develop honeyed intensity as it matures. Enjoy with all sorts of seafood.

Surprisingly fruity by Chablis standards, but beautifully balanced by the flintiness. We loved it
