Coyote Mint Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Named after the beautiful wild flower that blankets the vineyards of California’s illustrious Napa Valley, Coyote Mint is as pretty as its watercolor label (a work by early 20th-century artist Ernest Clayton). It's a special cuvée from one of THE biggest names in Napa Valley. Right time, right place, our buyer managed to pick it up at an impressively low price as long as we didn't spill the beans on them. Made from Semillon with a dash of Sauvignon, this elegant white gives you taste of the “excellent” 2017 vintage (Wine Enthusiast), which explains why it's ageing so well too. With delicate nutty-floral aromas and ripe, citrus fruit flavours, it will delight alongside salmon en croûte, roast chicken or chargrilled aubergine with tofu.
