Stunning 96 Point Cervaro is the flagship white of Castello della Sala, owned by renowned Antinori. Using estate grown Chardonnay and Grechetto, it’s fermented and aged for five months in barriques, so it’s luscious with creamy apricot and spice.

The Antinori clan purchased the property in 1940 but did not release a vintage of Cervaro della Sala until 1987. The first winemaker was the renowned Renzo Cotarella, who grew up near the Castello and led the modern revolution in Umbrian wines. Cervaro is a real star of the region and regularly receives well over 90 points from Wine Advocate. Serve with Umbrian classic, stuffed guinea fowl, or a rich chicken and mushroom dish.
