Eden Valley Shiraz “reaches its incredibly fine, concentrated peak with Stephen and Prue Henschke’s Hill of Grace and earthier, broader Mount Edelstone” says acclaimed wine writer Max Allen. The Mount Edelstone vineyard was planted 101 years ago, and in 1956 it won Gold at three wine shows – a winning form that has continued ever since. 100% planted to Shiraz, the vines are ungrafted and dry grown – very rare in Oz. Prue is one of Australia’s most renowned viticulturalists and applies organic and biodynamic principles to her vineyards. Stephen is among the country’s greatest winemakers and has crafted a magnificent wine. Be sure to decant carefully at least an hour prior to drinking with confit of duck or roast shoulder of lamb.

"Camphor, pitch and raspberry. It's a muscular, full-bodied expression of Eden Valley Shiraz" Joe Czerwinski
