Known for their impressive range of craft gins and distinctive label artwork, That Boutique-y Gin Company, based in Kent, are building a cult following in gin loving circles. To make Moonshot Gin the company sent the botanicals used into near space – 24 km up – where pressure is less than 1/100th of that at sea level. It was then vacuum distilled for freshness and elegance. World Gin Day Gin is made using a single botanical from each of the seven continents, including a pinch of Antarctic sea salt. Proper Pink Gin is made – as the name suggests – the proper way, getting its pink colour not from fruit but from Angostura bitters. And Monastic Gin is flavoured with an 11th century recipe from an Irish monastery. Enjoy with top quality tonics.
