The Wine
Low and zero alcohol wine has finally come of age and the Felix Solis family have produced a cracker. Well, they were awarded Spain's 'Winery of the Year' in 2014 and 2015, and for good reason. So, even if you or your guests are doing dry January or any dry month, you'll be able to keep glasses topped up with this refreshing white. It is pure Sauvignon Blanc, ripened in the sunny vineyards of central Spain, then carefully vinified to capture all the appealing, aromatic freshness of this variety. Yet, with gentle, sophisticated methods, the alcohol is removed. Chill down this white and serve as a glass on its own. It's great too with panfried lemon sole sprinkled with dill, creamy linguine with parmesan or grilled vegetable kebabs.
