About the manager
I have worked for Laithwaites since 2023. I hold a level 3 in WSET, a level 2 in Spirits and a level 1 in Sake. Like a lot of folks, I started in hospitality. I started part time and worked my way up to Restaurant Manager, accumulated a wealth of knowledge in food, drinks and customer service along the way. I felt the need for a career change and, with what I'd learnt, this felt like the most sensible decision!
