The Beer
Founded in mid Devon in 2019, this is an exciting new brewery. Their focus is small production, craft lagers, to provide real beer lovers with an alternative to the mega production brands. They firmly believe that the UK produces some of the finest hops and malts, so insist on all home grown ingredients as part of their sustainability plan. They are also adding solar panels for energy and a bio waste water plant with the aim to have zero waste water. Above all, they are passionate about what they are brewing. The unfiltered lager is influenced by the Bavarian Helles style, but uses all British grown ingredients. Long slow fermentation and cold conditioning ensure true lager style and lots of flavour, with haze from the unfiltered yeast.
