Sacred Gin (70cl) NV

With many citing this as the secret behind the best martini ever, Sacred leaves the rest of the gin world standing. It’s the creation of Ian Hart, who can boast the first and smallest distillery of its kind in the UK. Ian has always appreciated a good gin and tonic, and in 2008 he decided to start his own mini distillery, in London. Instead of a traditional pot still, he used vacuum distillation, which occurs at a lower temperature than pot distillation and results in a lusher, fresher style gin. Every week, Ian would take his experiments down to the local pub to test them out. At last, his ad hoc tasting panel persuaded him the recipe was perfect and Sacred Gin was born. It includes 12 botanicals including Boswellia sacra, hence its name.
