And, coming from Saint Tropez (‘the playground of the rich and famous’), this exceptional rosé has to be one of the very best value examples of all. As you’d expect from this star studded part of France, this irresistible pink is supremely elegant with lovely raspberry fruit, yet with a subtle savoury edge and brisk minerality to keep the wine nicely edgy. Crafted from a range of traditional grape varieties, carefully cool fermented to capture all the fruit and freshness in bottle. Serve with seafood favourites such as crab or lobster, pan-seared tuna or grilled king prawns. It’s also great with creamy vegetarian dishes.
