If there's a top quality parcel of wine that needs a good home at a great price, he is the first to know. He is an expert on Provence pink and is rather fond of the wines from this top estate, the name of which we can't reveal. A great price from the 5-star domaine means it's a hush hush deal, but you'll certainly be impressed with what's in the bottle. It's a classic Provence blend of Grenache with a little Cinsault, providing delicate strawberry notes with a subtle savoury edge and herbal length, all underscored by classic citrusy minerality. Very elegant, it's a fine wine to serve at dinner.
