The Beer
Ilkley Brewery has been brewing great beer since 2009. They are of course close to Ilkley moor, where you can stroll out and work up a thirst for their great tasting beers! And after a pint, can carouse with a rendition of Yorkshire anthem 'On Ilkla Moor Baht’at’! The team proudly use Simpson's malt, from a 5th generation family in Berwick upon Tweed, plus hops from around the world, to give them the full range of styles and flavours. From the more traditional, to the West Coast IPAs. If you prefer near zero alcohol, they also offer their super refreshing Virgin Mary. It's like their Mary Jane Pale Ale, but with a mere 0.5% alcohol. Brewer is Ally from Milan, who just loves brewing beer. You'll notice that in this citrusy fresh Pale.
