They joined forces with English Heritage to produce this exceptional London dry gin to celebrate the verdant landscapes and botanicals of England. Age-old traditions of craftsmanship paired with a drive for innovation are at the heart of the British Honey's distilling methods. For this fine spirit they sourced the very best herbal botanicals of the countryside. Piney, with notes of juniper, rosemary and soft floral notes, this gin has a purity, with a refreshing finish of cardamom and citrus. Best enjoyed in a gin and tonic with a slice of lemon or a sprig of rosemary to really experience the subtleties of its flavour.
