It’s the style the rich and famous love to sip as they enjoy the sunshine of the Côte d’Azur. This pretty pink is a delicious new find from a small family domaine in Aix en Provence. Using Provence’s finest varieties for elegant rosé, Grenache and Syrah, it’s crafted from hand-picked grapes, harvested in the cool night to seal in freshness. They were sourced from within and just outside the Provence boundary, hence the wine’s Méditerranée label. Subtle berry fruit with a classic savoury edge and bright lemony zip, it’s a top choice with seafood or creamy vegetarian dishes and also great solo.
