Unlike most distillers, they make their gins from scratch. From their fields to the bottle, it’s all done on Chase land, and in a sustainable fashion too. This Oak Aged Sloe Gin is made from wild hedgerow sloe and mulberries. These tart fruits gently macerate in Chase gin and then patiently age in Rhône Valley red wine casks. The result is a deliciously rich sloe gin that carries a long subtle oak finish. Deep in colour, with warming aromas, it’s the perfect winter aperitif. Grab a tumbler, chuck in some ice and enjoy on its own with a zingy twist of lemon rind.
