The Wine
Tradition abounds at the famous Grande Marque Champagne house, Moët et Chandon. However, in the 1960s, they did something revolutionary and set up a winery in Argentina. For decades they have made sensational fine fizz – a slow-ferment of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sémillon – winning Best Argentinian Sparkling Wine in 2020 at the Champagne and Sparkling World Championships. Using this as their base, they have added their own homemade, orange-bitter liqueur, all natural, no artificial colours, aromas or flavours, with additions of herbs and spices, to produce a next level fizz that will wow your guests. It’s the ideal balance of bitterness and sweetness, with a refreshing bubble. Chill down – it’s a maximum flavour, zero fuss spritz!
