The Wine
In the ancient city of Reims in Champagne, Charles de Cazanove’s legacy traces back to the 16th century when their family mastered the art of glassmaking. In 1811, they established a Champagne business, and to this day, they proudly stand as one of the few independent and family-owned Houses. Now, although committed to the time-honoured traditions of the region and its fine fizz, they like to embrace dynamism and innovation, which is apparent in this festively dressed bottle. This superb Blanc de Noirs is a Champagne that appeals to all senses – captivating on the eye, enchanting on the nose, divine on the palate and pleasing to the touch. There’s so much to enjoy. Creamy apple and peach fruit, with long toasty complexity and elegance.
