Introducing here an exciting, delightfully fresh and fruit-filled Sauvignon Blanc. And it's not from New Zealand, but Moldova, an under-the-radar destination that has been producing high-quality wines for over 2,000 years thanks to a near-perfect viticultural climate.
Cravets Hill, however, is the country's first official appellation, only created in 2024 and covering less than 50 hectares, so it’s rare and the wines deliciously tasty.
Comprising a beautiful hillside of terraced vineyards, it’s blessed with optimum sunlight and cool breezes – the ideal recipe for aromatic, fresh whites like this star wine. What’s more, it’s from a highly awarded winery that we’ve been working with for the last 20 years and was recently awarded ‘Best Moldovan Winery’.
Aromatic, crisp and bursting with ripe tropical fruits of guava, papaya and nectarine, this zesty white is delicious to sip any time. Enjoy too with spicy noodle stir-fry, fish or creamy pasta.
