The Story Behind the Bottle
The stellar rise of Provence rosé is phenomenal. They are no longer purely enjoyed by the film star glitterati in situ – we love to sip the pale hued wines all year round, whenever the moment takes us. Roche Bellemont is one to savour. It’s handcrafted using the pick of the vintage – mainly Grenache, with a portion of Syrah from the oldest vines, planted on the finest soils, where vines must dig deep for nutrition. You’ll find this pink’s subtle berry fruit is complemented by complex, creamy savoury hints, a lift of lavender and wild herbs with underlying brisk minerality. Such elegance and finesse, as you’d expect from a ‘tête de cuvée’ from this picturesque, sun-blessed area filled with beautiful people! Superb with a seafood rice dish.
