The Spirit
This fine elderflower liqueur is made with Chase Vodka, the first super premium English potato vodka. The Chase family grow, mash, ferment, strip and distil their own full pedigree, gluten free, King Edward and Lady Claire potatoes. And they employ artisan methods that a distiller from over 100 years ago would recognise. The elderflower flavour is imparted by macerating the freshest elderflower blooms into their naturally smooth and creamy Chase Vodka.
