Delivery dates for gifts depends on the delivery option you choose. We offer:

• Standard gift delivery in three to five working days (ideal for a thank you gift)
• Next day gift delivery (a great option for last-minute gifts).
• Named day gift delivery (perfect of anniversaries, special occasions, and birthdays).

Please note – delivery date for hampers may vary, as they may be supplied by a partner supplier.

Great news! Standard delivery is included in the price for most of our gifts range (look for the term "Free Delivery" in the product name). This excludes Champagne, spirits & hampers, where standard delivery cost is £7.99 per address.

Yes – you can add a greetings card to your wine gift, or simply add a short message to the label.

• The card or message options will appear when you are at checkout.
• You can choose from a selection of cards.
• You can add a card message of up to 10 lines of 24 characters per line.
• The cost of adding a card is £1.99.
• You can add a case label message of up to 100 characters.
• A case label message is free.

Yes, you can send a wine gift card. We offer two options: 

Wine E-voucher, by email: The ultimate last minute wine gift. Choose the amount from £10 to a maximum of £1,000, add the name of your recipient and your message and we’ll ping your wine e-voucher free of charge right over. 

Please note: Email delivery will be made once payment has cleared (which may take up to 24 hours). 

Wine Gift card by post: Add the excitement of receiving a gift through the post with a Wine Gift card. Choose from a range of card wallets to suit your occasion. The costs of delivery for Physical Gift Cards will be as displayed  on our website. We’ll send your card the next working day after you order by First Class post.

Please note: Gift cards cannot be sent to or redeemed from the Channel Islands, BRPO or the Republic of Ireland.  Gift Cards may not be used to pay for storage charges, any subscription service offered by Laithwaites including Laithwaites Unlimited, Laithwaites wine Subscription, Premier and Gold..

Please take care when entering your or your recipient’s address as Laithwaites is unable to resend a Laithwaites Gift Cards where an incorrect email address or postal address has been provided.  In the event you have entered an incorrect email address or postal address, please call Gift Card Customer Services on 03330 142 766.
