Wyfold is a tiny two-hectare vineyard in the Chilterns that from its first release has won awards … three Trophies to date. Winemaker for Wyfold is Henry Laithwaite, Barbara’s eldest son, a multi-Trophy winner in his own right.

Both wines are meticulously made from the classic trio of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes, using the same traditional method as they do in Champagne, with the second fermentation in bottle. The white is a rich, deliciously complex bubbly with a creamy mousse, citrus and apple notes and elegant mineral length. Wyfold Rosé emphasises more of the delicate berry notes undercut by its citrus and mineral length, with a long toasty finish. Fine sparkling wines to enjoy now and a few years to come.
