From their sophisticated, modern cellars comes this Feteasca Neagra, a fresh take on Romania’s most noble red grape. It's brimming with juicy plum and blackberry aromas, with hints of smoked spice and cedar. The palate is silky smooth with lush dark fruits wrapped in gentle tannins and a fine, lingering finish. Made by English-born, Napa-trained winemaker, Stephen Donnelly, this is brilliant with roast pork belly or hearty vegetable dishes. And the name? It honours the estate's Dacian warrior forefathers who channelled their inner wolf spirit to protect their land.
