Whispering Angel is, today, the reference point for fine Provence rosé. Its secret is the winemaker, Sacha Lichine, whom Jancis Robinson MW calls “the golden boy of rosé”. Full, lush, yet linear and crisp, textured and long - the apogee of fine pink.

The Wine
In 2006, Sacha Lichine bought this now legendary Provence estate with one aim: to produce the greatest rosé in the world. To many he has done just that. The property lies just northeast of St Tropez, an historic estate dating back to the 11th century. Lichine introduced new techniques both in the vineyards and the cellar, working meticulously with the team at every stage. Grenache, plus Cinsault, Vermentino, Syrah and Tibouren, from ancient vines, are blended to create a wine that has amazed the critics. "The unbroken run of excellence is still intact" Matthew Jukes. This great Provence rosé is sophisticated and pristine, flaunting with its textured berry fruit, rose water and citrus. Serve with fine seafood or delicate vegetarian dishes.
