Wednesday, only Wednesday! But you’d like a glass of wine. Hence the name of the company behind Piquant. It’s a crisp, citrusy Aíren white from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain. The wine was gently de-alcoholised using the latest technology before being blended with a handful of natural ingredients that lift body, flavour, aroma and length in the absence of alcohol. A lovely non-alcoholic glass of white wine to enjoy on its own or with lighter dishes – from fish to a warm roasted vegetable and honey-drizzled goat’s cheese salad.
