The Wine
Aresti has been producing great wines in the Curicó Valley for over 70 years. Vicente Aresti was the proud pioneer, founding the estate in 1951, thoroughly modernising the winery in 1999 and handing it all over to his two daughters, Ana Maria and Begoña, in 2012. They now boast an impressive cellar and have rejuvenated their old vineyards. They work hard to promote learning within the community and support a library. Sustainability is front of mind with them too, so they use lighter bottles, minimise waste and look after soils. Trisquel celebrates the three key elements of life – soil, climate and water – which have ensured delicious flavours in this great white. Rose petals, spice and ripe apricot. Ideal with spicy dishes or on its own.
