It’s from the high altitude vineyards of southern France, a Chardonnay hotspot that offers better value than Burgundy. And it’s made from grapes picked in the cool of night, beneath the stars. Easier on the pickers. And gentler on the grapes, which arrive at the winery in pristine condition with locked-in freshness. Winemaker Yannick Pons then creates a super-fresh Chardonnay bursting with ripe stone fruit flavours. A wine chosen as carefully as our words.
