Easier on the pickers. And gentler on the grapes, which arrive at the winery in pristine condition with locked-in freshness. Winemaker Yannick Pons then creates a super-fresh Chardonnay bursting with ripe stone fruit flavours. A wine chosen as carefully as our words.
