Since its inception in 2002, RedHeads has blazed a trail to become one of Australia’s leading sustainable cellars, mastering the art of small-batch, eco-friendly winemaking. Their accolades include 8 Trophies and over 200 Golds. Every grape that goes into this bright, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc hails from Jack Burston’s unique Coonawarra vineyard. It was originally planted by the great Wayne Stehbans – two-time winner of Australia’s most prestigious wine Trophy, the Jimmy Watson. Then Jack, a banker in Sydney, took it on and now just loves the life. Why the name? Coonawarra once lay under the sea, populated with mermaids. This is RedHeads’ mermaid warrior – Sereia. Very refreshing, crisp and fruity, a wine to sip solo or with creamy curry.
