Over the last 24 years, Johnnie Quarisa has worked for some of the biggest names in Australia. In that time, he's also won some of the most coveted awards too, including the Jimmy Watson and the Stodart Trophies. Finally, he and his childhood sweetheart (now wife) Josephine, have gone out on their own, living by the belief that 'passion is everything'.
