Even we would like to know the full story, but to win this many awards they have to keep some things secret. What we can tell you is they distil and age their liquor at the celebrated, family-owned Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados. After patiently ageing the rum for years at a time in American Bourbon oak casks, they blend a mix of 3, 5 and 8-year-old rums. The result is a complex, layered dance of tropical fruits and soft spices. As you sip away on this tasty drop, you are also helping support an ocean clean-up project, partners here with Neptune Rum.
