And if you asked us to recommend you a producer there, we’d tell you to visit Mionetto. They’ve been making beautiful Prosecco here for over 130 years, since winemaker Francesco Mionetto established his winery in 1887. Francesco had a passion for the land and a meticulous approach to winemaking, and his core values remain in place in the winery today. They’re never more apparent than in this magnificent wine, made with best grapes sourced from the steepest hills in the area. Crisp, lively and exceptionally satisfying, it’s the perfect celebration sparkler – if you can bear to share.
