Laithwaite’s is a tip-top example which has been expertly created for us by a renowned cellar in Vertus, one of Champagne’s finest villages. This specific cuvée is sourced entirely from Premier Cru Vineyards and undergoes a 30-month maturation, double the required minimum, resulting in a delightful toasty biscuit character. Perfect for special occasions, on its own, or with smoked salmon canapés.
