Glenfarclas 10-Year-Old Scotch Whisky (70cl) (Gift box) NV

In 1865, cattle breeder John Grant purchased the Glenfarclas distillery and adjacent farm, for the sum of £511 19 shillings. It was ideally positioned, halfway between his other distillery, Glenlivet, and the Elgin cattle market. Six generations later, little has changed. It remains in the Grant family, who source their water from the crystal-clear spring that bubbles up from the granite soils at the foot of Ben Rinnes. Over the years they have built an impressive reputation for malts of exceptional quality and value and every year win many awards. Glenfarclas is also renowned for its well-aged malts. This whisky has been matured in sherry casks for 10 years, producing particularly deep, complex and long flavours. One to sip and savour.
