The founders spent months perfecting their initial tonic, scouring the archives for the ideal recipe, then scouring the globe for the finest ingredients. After creating what we think is the finest Indian Tonic Water, they set about expanding their range. And their Mediterranean tonic is produced with the same attention to detail, using aromatic Provençal herbs, notably rosemary and lemon thyme, as well as citrus fruits gathered from sun-kissed orchards. A terrific complement to the subtle aromas of premium vodkas, and citrus and herbaceous gins.
