The Wine
Founded in 1812 by Alphonse Pierlot and sold to the Nonancourt family in 1939, Laurent Perrier has since become one of the finest names of Champagne. Their Cuvée Rosé Champagne, first released in 1968, is now recognised as one of the finest pink Champagnes worldwide. A key philosophy of the House is to preserve the biodiversity of the Champagne region. This Limited Edition pays homage by packaging their rosé with a symbol of unspoiled nature – the butterfly. Laurent Perrier describes this robe as “the ultimate symbol of our respect for nature and the environment”. Crafted from Pinot Noir, it has a fine mousse and lively flavours of wild strawberries, raspberries and ripe cherries. This lovely pink fizz will lift the joy at any celebration.
