The Wine
The Dautel and Cadot families have both been grape growers since 1750. However, in 1971 they decided to combine their properties and create their own wine: the Dautel-Cadot domain. Based in the Aube in the south of Champagne, with vines in the tiny villages of Loches-sur-Ource, Noé-les-Mallets and Chacenay, they pay great attention to ensure the terroir shines through in their Champagnes. Blending is also a great passion for Dautel-Cadot, and they aim to show finesse and subtlety in their wines. Their Grande Tradition is made entirely from Pinot Noir, a variety which excels in the Aube. Dazzling aromas of orchard fruits, white peach, citrus and floral notes. A delicious aperitif and celebration glassful or partner with delicate dishes.
"Full of finesse, this Champagne has a delicious balance of vibrant fruits with richer lees notes"

A Champagne with finesse, pretty white fruits and citrus aromas. A lovely celebration fizz
